A Texas account begins with the property itself. We walk the entrances, the parking areas, the loading docks and the corners that sit dark at night, and we ask what has gone wrong before. Some sites need one unarmed officer at a front desk during business hours. Others need a patrol route that checks several buildings overnight, an armed post where cash or valuable goods are handled, or a camera trailer on a lot that changes every month.
Every client gets a single point of contact who can be reached 24/7. Officers file reports, photos and patrol checks in Vision Insights during each shift, so a manager in Dallas can see what happened at a property in Austin without waiting for a call. WinTeam keeps scheduling and billing together for clients with several Texas sites.
Security Officers
Unarmed security officers for hotel lobbies, apartment and HOA entrances, assisted living communities, offices and warehouses, on long-term, short-term or temporary posts. Each officer learns your layout, your procedures and who to call before the first shift, and our officers are First Aid and CPR certified.
Licensed armed officers for Texas sites with greater risk, such as properties that handle cash, hold high-value goods or have had serious incidents. Many properties are well served by an unarmed officer, and we will tell you so after the site walk if that is our view. SecureOne works in Texas under Texas Security Contractor Guard Company License #B27337201.
Mobile patrol officers for properties that need regular checks instead of a full-time post. A patrol officer checks doors, gates, lots, pools and fence lines on visits that change from night to night. Vehicles are tracked with GPS Insight and record with in-car 360-degree cameras.
Some situations call for a uniformed, sworn officer: a big public event, traffic on a busy street or a property facing a specific, short-term threat. Day to day, most Texas properties get better value from a SecureOne officer who has been trained on that site. Tell us the situation and we will recommend one or the other. State requirements are the floor, not the goal. Our in-house Director of Training builds programs around the industry and the facility, so a desk officer at an Austin hotel and a gate officer at a Dallas warehouse each train for their own post, and both are tested again after orientation. Some of the largest security firms in the country send their own new hires to SecureOne training facilities.
Event security is part of what SecureOne offers in Texas, from a single evening to a multi-day run. Officers can work entrances, parking areas and the crowd, and your regular contact plans the event with you so extra staff and everyday posts follow the same instructions.
Remote camera monitoring is on our Texas service list, and mobile camera trailers are one way to provide it. A solar-powered trailer can watch a construction site, storage yard or vacant property without a power hookup, and it is professionally monitored around the clock. Trailers can be paired with mobile patrol.
