A privately owned contract security company, founded in October 2002, with Texas offices in Austin and Dallas.
SecureOne was founded in October 2002 as a privately owned company providing local, regional and nationwide contract security from its local offices. In Texas our office is on Balcones Drive in Austin, we also list an office in Dallas, and we hold Security Contractor Guard Company License #B27337201.
Our leadership has spent careers in security and the military. Together our corporate managers count more than 250 years of experience on federal, state and private contracts. Among them are a retired National Security Director from a Fortune 50 company, a former Vice President of a national security provider, an Army National Guard Captain who led Military Police, and former Area Managers from other security agencies.
We are not the lowest bid in Texas and we do not try to be. Clients choose SecureOne for the attention to detail, the technology and the training behind each officer, and they stay because the service holds up.
Each officer learns the property, its post orders and its contacts before the first shift. Our in-house Director of Training writes programs for each industry and facility and keeps training going after orientation.
GPS Insight shows where each patrol vehicle went and records with in-car 360-degree cameras. Officers log patrol checks, photos and reports in Vision Insights, and WinTeam keeps schedules and invoices straight.
Our officers come from the military, law enforcement or the security field. We screen for sound judgment, emotional maturity, pride in the work and a positive attitude.
Security has been a challenge at many of our hotels, but has never been an issue at the hotels that use SecureOne. I am a supporter of yours!! I appreciate your service.

I get security companies in here all the time trying to sell me their services. I don’t bother because in 8 years with SecureOne I have never had a serious security related incident on my property. They constantly reinforce policies and procedures so nobody drops the ball. Doing exactly what I require is what I need. Thank you to everyone involved.
